This older pier-and-beam foundation in the Castroville, Texas area was in bad need of repair. The crawl space below the home was often wet from poor drainage made worse by the clay soil’s tendency to hold moisture and standing water for a long time. These conditions promotes mold, mildew and severe damage to floor joists, beams, sill plates and subfooring.

They poured and installed more than 30 new concrete piers for the house to rest on
The new beams were re-nested and anchored on top of high-tensile 12-inch round concrete piers built up to 4 feet above ground.
They rebuilt a concrete perimeter wall to make this house look great again.
