All ACFR quotes are backed by an on-site building inspection performed by Jack himself. We welcome all engineering reports and other supporting documents a homeowner may have, but we really want to take a look at your property.

However, in some cases, additional elevation or retainer wall construction may make sense in order to prevent future problems. It takes Jack’s eyes to perform a thorough review of the required scope of services and best pricing options.

Scope of services

Alamo City Foundation Repair solely focuses on leveling and repairing concrete slabs and pier-and-beam foundations. We also repair separated stone, rock or brick exterior walls. We do not pour new slabs or sidewalks. We do not work on buildings higher than two stories. 

Jack is a San Antonio native and knows Bexar, Guadalupe, Comal and Kendall counties like the back of his hand. No matter the age of your home, you can expect an honest price for his expert services.

When to call a foundation repair professional

Not all inspections end with a quote. But better safe than sorry. Addressing small damage may prevent expensive and invasive repairs in the future.

How long do repair services take?

That depends on the extent of the repairs and other improvements necessary to restore your property to good condition.

While pier-and-beam foundations are accessible through crawl spaces, concrete slab repair involves tunneling under your home for proper leveling and support pier placement. This process typically takes more time and is more labor intensive. Digging to access the underside of a concrete foundation requires special care to prevent damage to the home’s existing water, gas and sewer lines.

Can you make payments?

Alamo City Foundation Repair does not finance repairs. Full payment is expected for the entire invoice amount after the final inspection. While we do not have a direct payment plan program, ACFR is partnered with GreenSky – A trade-centric third-party financial institution that gives homeowners access to loans.
