Heavy rainfall and sufficient flooding into the crawl space of this pier-and-beam foundation in the Boerne, Texas area caused enough movement for the house to become quite deteriorated.
Leveling the foundation had to be done to make the house habitable and safe. Water pooling, rushing or flooding onto the newly repaired foundation was a concern too. This house needed to be leveled and raised. Our team did both and the results were great. Our guys installed all new concrete piers while raising the elevation of the house to prevent erosion-related damage in the future. This Hill Country ranch house is now good to go for generations.
